Alabama is the king of local revenues! Scott Troutman cataloged over 1,000 of these issues in 2001 (see "Alabama City, County and Municipal Stamp Catalog", SRN Vol 39, No 2 Whole Number 248, Special Issue 2001).
This is my THIRD attempt at getting this on-line. The previous versions have been attacked by viruses, became garbled by black market software in the deserts of Oman, and fell victim to becoming too large when edited in Word. With a little luck, this third time is a charm!!!
